Terms of Service
Effective August 31, 2026OnlyRules (onlyrules.online) provides a free trading community and source-available trading tools. Its only paid service is OnlyRules 1-on-1: four private 60-minute educational and technical sessions per billing month plus a private Discord channel with Ajay. By purchasing or using the service you agree to these terms.
1. Purchases & billing
OnlyRules 1-on-1 is sold as a $100 monthly subscription through Whop and renews automatically until cancelled. A first-month price of $75 is available only to the first 10 first-time clients. Cancel anytime; service access continues until the end of the paid billing period. See the Refund Policy.
2. Calls, scheduling & private channel
Each billing month includes four 60-minute calls, normally one per week. A fifth calendar week does not add a call. Calls do not roll over. Reschedule at least 24 hours in advance; a late cancellation or no-show forfeits that call. Each active client also receives a private Discord channel for direct communication. The channel supports the service but does not promise unlimited on-demand work, coding, or response times.
3. Scope
Sessions may cover trading rules and psychology, IFVG, KAIROS, coding, automation, prop-firm rules, and choosing approaches that fit your trading style. The service is educational and technical. It does not include signals, copy trading, management of your account, legal or tax advice, guaranteed builds, or guaranteed trading outcomes.
4. Software license
Free software and source code remain licensed, not sold, under the EULA and any license included in the official GitHub release. Payment is not required to receive the software.
5. No financial advice
Nothing in the service is financial, investment, or trading advice. KAIROS is trading software provided as-is; it executes your rules on your account. No performance is promised. Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and results.
6. Community conduct
No harassment, spam, solicitation, impersonation, or reposting private client conversations. We may remove members who break these rules or these terms. Free Discord access may be revoked for abuse; termination of a paid service for serious abuse is non-refundable.
7. Termination
Your calls and private client channel end when your subscription lapses or is terminated for breach. Free community access is separate and remains subject to community conduct. Sections 3, 4, 5, 8, and 9 survive termination.
8. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnlyRules' total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
9. General
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. Contact: ajaydhamanda24@gmail.com.
