Terms of Service
Effective July 19, 2026OnlyRules (onlyrules.online) sells a paid membership that includes trading-education content, the IFVG Pro indicator source code, the KAIROS execution software, and access to a private Discord community. By purchasing or using the service you agree to these terms.
1. Purchases & billing
Memberships are sold as monthly subscriptions through Whop, our payments provider. Prices are shown at checkout and renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. See the Refund Policy.
2. License
Software and source code provided with your membership are licensed, not sold, under the EULA. Membership content (videos, documents, community posts) is for your personal use only and may not be redistributed.
3. No financial advice
Nothing in the service is financial, investment, or trading advice. KAIROS is trading software provided as-is; it executes your rules on your account. No performance is promised. Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and results.
4. Community conduct
No harassment, spam, solicitation, or sharing of paid content in the Discord. We may remove members who break these rules or these terms, without refund, in cases of clear abuse.
5. Termination
Your access ends when your subscription lapses or is terminated for breach. Sections 2, 3, 6, and 7 survive termination.
6. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnlyRules' total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
7. General
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. Contact: ajaydhamanda24@gmail.com.
