End User License Agreement
Effective July 19, 2026 · Covers the IFVG Pro indicator source code and the KAIROS execution software ("the Software")1. License grant
While your OnlyRules membership is active, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, run, and modify the Software for your own trading on your own accounts.
2. What you may not do
You may not: share, resell, sublicense, publish, or open-source the Software or any part of it; redistribute the files provided in the member-only Discord channels, or share access to those channels; use it to build a competing product or service; or run it for third parties as a service. Modified versions stay under this same license.
3. Ownership
The Software and all intellectual property in it remain the property of OnlyRules / AJFUTURES. Your modifications for personal use are yours, but they don't give you any rights to distribute the underlying Software.
4. Term
This license lasts while your subscription is active and ends when it lapses or is terminated for breach. On termination you lose repository access and must stop distributing anything derived from the Software (continued private personal use of code you already modified is tolerated; sharing it is not).
5. No warranty, trading risk
The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. It executes your rules on your account; no performance is promised. Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss. You bear all responsibility for configuration, execution, and outcomes. This is not financial advice.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the membership fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. Governed by the laws of India. Contact: ajaydhamanda24@gmail.com.
