End User License Agreement

You do not need a paid subscription to use the Software. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, use, run, and modify it for your own trading on your own accounts.
2. What you may not do
Unless an official GitHub release states otherwise, you may not resell, sublicense, claim authorship of, or offer the Software as a paid product or managed service. You may link others to the official free release. Modified versions stay under this same personal-use license.
3. Ownership
The Software and all intellectual property in it remain the property of OnlyRules / AJFUTURES. Your modifications for personal use are yours, but they don't give you any rights to distribute the underlying Software.
4. Term
This software license is independent of OnlyRules 1-on-1 and does not end when a paid subscription ends. We may release updates under revised terms; the license supplied with a downloaded version governs that version.
5. No warranty, trading risk
The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. It executes your rules on your account; no performance is promised. Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss. You bear all responsibility for configuration, execution, and outcomes. This is not financial advice.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Software is provided without liability for trading losses or indirect damages. For any claim tied to a paid OnlyRules service, liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. Governed by the laws of India. Contact: ajaydhamanda24@gmail.com.
